Terms of service

These terms govern your use of EveryBid (everybid.ca). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

EveryBid gathers public procurement notices from Canadian public-sector portals, de-duplicates them and produces plain-English summaries automatically. Summaries, categories, deadlines and values are provided for convenience only — the original posting always governs. Always confirm requirements and deadlines on the buyer's portal before submitting.

Membership and billing

Membership is CAD 29 per month plus GST/HST at your province's rate, billed through Stripe, and renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. EveryBid is operated by Interesting Bids Inc.; our GST/HST registration number appears on every invoice, which you can download from your billing page.

Acceptable use

One account per person. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the feed, share your login, or use the service to send unsolicited communications to buyers.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, EveryBid is not liable for missed deadlines, inaccurate summaries or any loss arising from reliance on the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
